摘要
近年来,大量流行病学调查和临床研究结果显示,高尿酸血症与动脉粥样硬化相关。实验研究提示,尿酸影响血管壁细胞和基质,作用机制较为复杂,涉及炎症反应、氧化应激、免疫调节等方面。尿酸对动脉粥样硬化影响的研究将有助于拓宽动脉粥样硬化性疾病及高尿酸血症的诊治思路。
In recent years,observable epidemiological and clinical data have demonstrated a possible connection between hyperuricaemia and atherosclerosis.However,laboratory investigation found that the connection is relatively complex,both cells and matrix in different layers of vessels are enrolled,involving a multifaceted model that includes inflammatory processes,oxidative stress and immune response.It is hoped that clarifying this model may improve diagnostic and treatment options for both hyperuricaemia and atherosclerotic disease.
