摘要
目的:探讨原发性高血压患者微量白蛋白尿和糖代谢异常之间的相关性。方法:选取我院500例原发性高血压患者,分成糖代谢正常、血糖调节异常和糖尿病3组,进行微量白蛋白、糖代谢水平、肾功能和血脂研究,并对比分析不同糖代谢水平各指标的差异性及影响性。结果:3组患者的肾功能和血脂比较差异无统计学意义。糖代谢正常、血糖调节受损和糖尿病患者的白蛋白尿异常率逐渐升高(32.05%,41.18%和63.64%,P<0.05)。结论:原发性高血压患者随着空腹血糖的增高,肾功能损害有逐渐加重的趋势。
Objective:To explore the relationship between microalbuminuria and sugar metabolic abnormality in patients with essential hypertension. Method:The 500 cases of essential hypertension were detected the trace albumin,sugar metabolism,kidney function,blood fat.They were divided into three groups,sugar metabolism normal group,sugar metabolic abnormality group,and diabetes mellitus group. Result:There were no significant differences in kidney function and blood fat in three groups.The percents of urinary albumin were 32.05%,41.18% and 63.64%(P0.05) in sugar metabolism normal group,sugar metabolic abnormality group,and diabetes mellitus group,respectively. Conclusion:Urinary albumin increased in high blood sugar in patient with hypertension.
