原发性高血压患者微量白蛋白尿与糖代谢异常的相关性分析

Microalbuminuria and sugar metabolism disorder in patients with essential hypertension

目的:探讨原发性高血压患者微量白蛋白尿和糖代谢异常之间的相关性。方法:选取我院500例原发性高血压患者,分成糖代谢正常、血糖调节异常和糖尿病3组,进行微量白蛋白、糖代谢水平、肾功能和血脂研究,并对比分析不同糖代谢水平各指标的差异性及影响性。结果:3组患者的肾功能和血脂比较差异无统计学意义。糖代谢正常、血糖调节受损和糖尿病患者的白蛋白尿异常率逐渐升高(32.05%,41.18%和63.64%,P<0.05)。结论:原发性高血压患者随着空腹血糖的增高,肾功能损害有逐渐加重的趋势。

Objective：To explore the relationship between microalbuminuria and sugar metabolic abnormality in patients with essential hypertension. Method：The 500 cases of essential hypertension were detected the trace albumin,sugar metabolism,kidney function,blood fat.They were divided into three groups,sugar metabolism normal group,sugar metabolic abnormality group,and diabetes mellitus group. Result：There were no significant differences in kidney function and blood fat in three groups.The percents of urinary albumin were 32.05%,41.18% and 63.64%（P0.05） in sugar metabolism normal group,sugar metabolic abnormality group,and diabetes mellitus group,respectively. Conclusion：Urinary albumin increased in high blood sugar in patient with hypertension.
