胰腺假性囊肿并脾动脉假性动脉瘤及结肠瘘致消化道出血一例 被引量：6

摘要 1临床资料 患者男，64岁、因便秘及腹泻2d，无明显诱因突发性排新鲜血便1次，总艟约1000ml，伴头晕、乏力，于2011年6月29日急诊入院，患者3年前诊断为急性胰腺炎行保守治疗后痊愈。体格检查：心率90次／min，血压100／70mm Hg（1mm Hg=0．133 kPa）．神志清楚，贫血貌。
