摘要
食管癌是我国常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,尽管食管癌的药物及放射治疗水平不断提高,目前手术切除仍是公认的最为有效的治疗方法。随着食管外科技术的不断发展,国内外相继开展了以减少并发症、降低病死率以及提高生命质量为目的的食管癌微创治疗技术。本文就食管癌微创手术的适应证、手术方式选择、手术并发症及预后情况与传统手术进行比较,以探讨微创外科技术在食管癌治疗中的应用及临床意义。
Esophageal cancer is one of the most common alimentary malignancy. Although drugs and radiation treatments for esophageal cancer are constantly improved, surgical resection is still recognized as the most effective treatment method at present. With the continuous development of esophageal surgical techniques, minimally invasive treatment of esophageal cancer surgery technology has been performed at home and abroad, for the purpose of reducing the complications or mortality and improving the postoperative quality of life. Minimally invasive surgical indications, surgical procedure selection, complications and prognosis compared with traditional surgery are reviewed in this article to explore the application and clinical significance of minimally invasive treatment in patients with esophageal carcinoma.
