Multi-mode MRI in assessment of temporal lobe epilepsy surgery

摘要 目前对颞叶癫痫(TLE)大多采取手术治疗,需要在术前、术后进行全面评估。目前多模态磁共振技术已用于评估术后癫痫疗效及术前、术后的语言、记忆功能。本文就多模态MR技术在TLE手术癫痫缓解评估以及认知功能评估中的研究进展进行综述。 As patients with temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) could always be good candidates for surgery, over-all preoperative and post-operative assessment has played an important role during surgical procedures. With the development of MRI, multi-mode MRI has been widely used in evaluating post-operative seizure outcome, as well as predicting language and memory decline- reorganization after surgery. The progresses of utilization of multi-model MRI in these two aspects were reviewed in this article.
