摘要
合成和表征了一种带有丹磺酰基荧光团的新荧光探针,用荧光光谱测试了它对金属离子的响应。探针的高氯酸盐晶体结构显示苯并咪唑环上的氮原子N(4)被质子化了。实验结果表明探针对Fe3+有好的选择性,并与Fe3+形成了1∶1计量比的配合物。
A new fluorescent probe bearing dansyl fluorophore was synthesized and characterized in this paper, and its response towards metal ions was examined by fluorescence spectroscopy. The crystal structure of the perchlorate salt of probe showed that N(4) of the benzimidazole ring was found to be protonized. The experimental results showed that the sensor exhibited good selectivity for Fe^3+, forming a 1:1 stoichiometric complexation species with Fe^2+. CCDC: 867156.
