喙突骨折的分类与治疗 被引量:4

摘要 喙突骨折是较少见的骨折类型,占肩胛骨骨折的3%~13%,占所有骨折的1%和肩部骨折的5%。喙突源于2个恒定、常见的骨化中心:一个在喙突的基底部,关节盂突上缘的1/3也是由其发育而来;另一个主要发育成喙突体。此外,喙突还有至少2个不确定的骨化中心:一处在喙突拐角处即膝部,即喙锁韧带的附丽点;另一处在喙突尖部,即联合腱附丽点。
