摘要 胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤(GEP-NEN)是一组起源于消化系统弥散性神经内分泌细胞的肿瘤,所有GEP-NEN都具有恶性潜能。WHO分类(2010年)将GEP-NEN按肿瘤分化程度分为高分化神经内分泌肿瘤(NET)和低分化神经内分泌癌(NEC)。然后再按肿瘤增殖活性分为1、2、3级。新分类统一了GEP-NEN的诊断术语,避免了命名和分类上的混乱现象,从而能更好地为临床治疗和预后估计提供可靠依据。 Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP-NENs) are a group of tumors derived from diffuse neuroendocrine cells of the digestive system. All GEP- NENs have potential malignancy. According to the WHO classification (2010), GEP-NENs can be divided into well- differentiated neuroendocrine tumor (NET) and poorly-differentiated ncuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC). GEP-NENs can be grouped into three grades: G1, G2 and G3. The new WHO classification unifies the diagnostic terms and avoids the confusion of the nomenclature and classification of GEP- NENs, which is the foundation of clinical treatment and prognostic estimation.
