摘要 近年来,对于胃肠道肿瘤的免疫治疗发展迅速.目前临床已经将其作为一种辅助疗法与手术、化疗、放疗联合应用,以提高肿瘤综合治疗的效果。免疫细胞过继转移治疗是对于进展期胃癌免疫治疗的一个重要方法.本文综述了其在进展期胃癌围手术期的应用.并结合自身经验及临床实验观察结果.提出对于进展期胃癌综合治疗的绿色治疗新模式。 Recently immunotherapy for gastrointestinal tumor has rapidly developed, and has improved the effect of cancer comprehensive treatment as an adjunctive therapy in combination with surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. Adoptive transfer of immune cells is an important treatment method for advanced gastric cancer. In this paper, we reviewed the application of adoptive transfer therapy for advanced gastric cancer in the perioperative period and propose a new model for immunotherapy of advanced gastric cancer based on our experience and the results of clinical experiment.
