摘要
作为新型生物材料,牛心包具有抗原性低、生物相容性好等特点,已经广泛应用于临床。随着组织工程学的发展,医用牛心包在眼科具有广泛的应用前景,有望取代目前临床常用的异体生物材料。本文对医用牛心包的制备及其在眼科的应用进展进行综述。
Bovine pericardium patches have been widely used in clinic with the ad- vantages of superior biocompatability and lower antigenicity. With the development of tissue engineering, medical bovine pericardium patches have broad application prospects in ophthalmology, which may be expected to replace the currently used clinical aUoge- neic biological materials. This article reviews the medical bovine pericardium patches preDaration and recent applications in ophthalmology.
