沿海平原农区森林覆盖率灰色线性规划的确定研究

Studies on the grey linear programming determination of the rate of forest coverage in the coastal plain area

为了科学地确定一个地区的森林覆盖率 ,应用灰色线性规划的方法 ,进行了 19个变量 ,5组31个约束条件 ,5种森林覆盖率 (15% ,2 0 % ,2 5% ,30 % ,35% )的处理 ,研究了以县为单位的森林覆盖率规划。结果表明 :以净产值最大为规划目标 ,确定沿海平原农区东台市的森林覆盖率以 2 5%为优。

To determine the rate of forest coverage in one area,the methods were used of grey linear programming to study the programming the rate of forest coverage in coastal plain area.The research results showed that:The net financial income,19 variances,5 groups 31 controlled conditions and the 5 rate of forest coverages (15%,20%,25%,30%,35%)were the main factores.The optimizated is 25% among the rates of forest Coverage in the coastal plain area.The possibility and necessity are discused of how to get the goal.
