摘要
采用外周血淋巴细胞酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)和血清溶血素测定法研究了镉、铅、锰和铬对小鼠体内免疫功能的影响。结果显示,小鼠连续自由饮用不同浓度的硫酸镉(0.02,0.09,0.45mmol/L),硝酸铅(0.15,0.77,3.86mmol/L),硫酸锰(0.06,0.28,1.42mmol/L)和重铬酸钾(0.01,0.04,0.23mmol/L)溶液7d后,T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率比对照组明显降低,而血清溶血素水平无明显影响;但连续饮用15d后,血清溶血素水平比对照组降低。表明镉、铅、锰和铬对小鼠细胞和体液免疫功能均具有不同程度的免疫毒性作用,对细胞免疫功能的抑制早于对体液免疫功能的抑制。
The immunotoxicity of cadmium, lead, manganese and chromium on ICR mice were investigated by using the peripheral blood lymphocyte acid α-naphthyl acetate esterase (PBL-ANAE) and serum hemolysin tests. The results showed that in mice received cadmium sulfate (0.02, 0.09, 0.45mmol/L), lead nitrate (0.15, 0.77, 3.86mmol/L), manganese sulfate(0.06, 0.28, 1.42mmol/L) and potassium bichromate(0.01, 0.04, 0.23mmol/L) orally respectively every day for 7d the positive rates of the T-lymphocyte ANAE were significantly lower than in control group, while the serum hemolysin levels was not reduced markedly but for 15d the latter reduced significantly. These results suggested that Cd, Pb, Mn and Cr may inhibit the cellular and humoral immunity in various degree in mice and the cellular immunosuppression happened prior to the humoral immunosuppression.
