DAJ-4多功能艾灸仪与传统艾灸热效应差异研究 被引量:20

Research on the thermal effect difference between DAJ-4 multi-function moxibustion instrument and traditional moxibustion

摘要 目的:比较传统艾灸疗法和DAJ-4多功能艾灸仪艾灸的热力学特性和艾灸后热效应。方法:选择3名健康人,重复3次用传统和艾灸仪两种灸法分别在内关穴、足三里穴位施灸,用红外成像设备每隔5min拍摄艾灸前后不同时点人体热像图,测量灸点局部温度和远端肢体穴位(劳宫、阴陵泉)温度。结果:传统灸法艾灸15 min,灸点产生烧灼感,最高温度达(41.43±0.13)℃,艾灸仪艾灸15min时灸点最高温度为(36.97±0.13)℃。远端肢体艾灸前后温度比较,传统灸法灸后20min远端温度较灸前有所下降,多功能艾灸仪灸后20min远端温度仍保持在一定高度。结论:多功能灸疗仪远端升温效果优于传统艾灸,且持续时间较长。 Objective To compare the thermodynamic properties of moxibustion and thermal effect after moxi bustion between the traditional moxibustion therapy and DAJ-4 multi-function moxibustion instrument. Methods Three healthy volunteers were selected. Separately, the traditional moxibustion and the moxibustion instrument were applied to Neiguan (PC 6) and Zusanli (ST 36), repeatedly for 3 times. The infrared imaging equipment was adopted to fihn the thermal figures of human body at different time points before and after moxibustion every 5 rain. The temperature at the local moxibustion sites and the distal points [Laogong (PC 8), Yinlingquan (SP 9) on the limbs was measured. Results In 15 min with the traditional moxibustion therapy, there was burning feeling in the moxibustion sites with the highest temperature of (41.43±0. 13)℃. In i5 rain with the moxibustioninstrument, the highest temperature was up to (36.97±0. 13)℃. In comparison of the temperature at the distal limbs before and after moxibustion, After 20 rain with the traditional moxibustion therapy, the tern perature at the distal limbs was reduced by about 0.6 ℃ as compared with that hefore moxibustion. After 20 min with the multi-function moxibustion instrument, the temperature at the distal limbs was increased by about 1.1℃. Conclusion The multi-function moxibustion instrument achieves better effect of increasing temperature at the distal limbs than that of traditional moxibustion.
