从“象思维”浅谈对中医针灸理论的再认识

Brief talk about the rediscovery of TCM and acupuncture theory from the perspective of “visualization thought”

目的:借助"天人合一""取类比象"的思维方法,重新认识中医基础理论包括针灸理论产生的渊源及其内涵,努力从对"象"的认知过程中寻找中医理论研究的突破点,使其有所创新和发展。方法:从"象思维"的角度,结合现代解剖学对经络、腧穴理论以及针刺手法等进行分析、阐述。结果:通过分析、对比,认为"象思维"与经络的发现有着密切的联系,"象思维"与十二经脉(脏腑)表里关系的建立有一定关联,用"象思维"可以阐释腧穴的主治原理,"象思维"对针刺手法的操作有一定的指导作用。结论:"象思维"在中医针灸的起源、形成和发展中起到了重要的作用,而且"取类比象"的思维方法贯穿于中医学的方方面面,对于中医理论包括针灸理论的研究和应用有着重要的指导意义。

Objective The origin and connotation of TCM fundamental theory including acupuncture are rediscovered hy virtue of the ＂categorization by analogy＂ and ＂＇harmony hetween heaven and mankind＂. In order to make innovalions and deveIopmeut, the breakthrough of the Chinese medicine theory research are sought in the cognition process of ＂visualization thought＂. Methods The meridian, acupoint theory and needling manipulation are analyzed and expounded from the perspective of ＂visualization thought＂ and modern anatomy. Results Through analysis and comparison, ＂visualization thought＂ is found to he closely related to the discovery of meri dians and collaterals, connected to the establishment of the interior-exterior relationship of the twelve meridians. What＇s more, ＂visualization thought＂ can he used to explain the therapeutic theory of the acupoints and guide the needling manipulation. Conclusion The ＂visualization thought＂ has played an important role in the origin, formation and development of Chinese medicine and acupuncture, and the thinking approach of ＂categorization by analo- gy＂ that runs through TCM in every regard has great guiding significance in the research and application of TCM including acupuncture.
