外耳道癌外科治疗分析 被引量：3

摘要 外耳道癌为头颈部少见肿瘤，约占耳部恶性肿瘤的2％左右，病例较少见，所以单个临床中心难以积累大量病例资料而得出有益的临床经验或规范。文献可供参考的病例分析也屈指可数，没有100例以上的统计分析，大部分是数例至数十例的病例报告。同时，外耳道癌的病理类型复杂多样，包括鳞状细胞癌、腺样囊性癌、耵聍腺癌、基底细胞癌、腺癌、乳头状癌、疣状癌、黑色素瘤、恶性混合瘤等。
