伊曲康唑治疗难治性复发性真菌性外耳道炎的临床疗效观察

Itraconazole in Treatment of Refractory and Recurrent Otitis Externa Mycotica

目的探讨伊曲康唑治疗治疗难治性复发性真菌性外耳道炎的疗效。方法选择本院2010年3月～2012年3月耳鼻喉科门诊的难治性复发性真菌性外耳道炎患者52例,口服伊曲康唑进行治疗,在治疗前后进行真菌学检查以确定疗效。结果治疗3个疗程后临床治愈率达88.5%。痊愈患者经1年随访,无复发现象。结论伊曲康唑治疗真菌性外耳道炎具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To report effects of itraconazole in treatment of refractory and recurrent otitis extema mycotica. Method Fifty two patients with refractory and recurrent otitis externa mycotica were treated with itraconazole. Mycology tests were done before and after itraeonazole treatment to confirm treatment outcomes. Results The three months cure rate was 88.5% with no relapse after one year follow-up. Conclusion Itraconazole is effective for refractory and recurrent otitis externa myeotica.
