摘要 体外循环是心脏外科手术的重要前提和保障,由于存在较高的术后死亡率和并发症发生率,一直是相关研究的重点。大鼠体外循环研究尽管技术要求高,但优势明显,特别是对于术后认知功能障碍的研究,其优势不可替代。而正是由于技术难度要求高,能成功建立该模型的实验室并不多,而且目前还存在一些重要问题。理想的大鼠体外循环模型需要尽可能接近临床实际情况,并且具有高重复性。 Cardiopulmonary bypass(CBP) is the premise and guarantee for a successful cardiac surgery.However,its relatively high postoperative mortality and morbidity remains problematic.CPB models in rats have shown remarkable advantages over bigger animals,particularly when applied for research on postoperative cognitive dysfunction.Nevertheless,the high technical requirements limit its wide application.The establishment of an ideal CPB model in rats must mimic the clinical settings and should be highly repetitive.
