低频重复经颅磁刺激提高运动员睡眠质量的应用研究 被引量:23

摘要 目的:观察重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对失眠运动员的干预效果。方法:采用多重基线设计,在被试脑干的中缝核区域分别施加1 Hz、80%静息阈值(RMT)、1500次rTMS(持续10秒间隔2秒),比较干预前、后自评睡眠质量、状态焦虑及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数的变化。结果:rTMS干预后被试的自评睡眠质量提高,状态焦虑降低,睡眠恢复正常。结论:将rTMS作为干预手段对运动员进行睡眠调节,能够有效地提高睡眠质量。
