摘要
目的:研究锌指蛋白703(ZNF703)与子宫内膜腺癌临床病理的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法(SP法),检测20例正常内膜、16例不典型增生内膜及50例子宫内膜腺癌组织中ZNF703的表达。结果:ZNF703在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达水平高于不典型增生及正常内膜,差异有高度统计学意义(P=0.000,P=0.000)。在正常内膜与不典型增生内膜的表达水平差异无统计学意义(P=0.103)。ZNF703表达水平与手术病理分期、盆腔转移及雌、孕激素受体情况有关(P<0.05),与年龄、绝经与否、宫颈浸润、肌层浸润深度、病理分化程度、腹腔冲洗液情况及淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。ZNF703表达水平与雌、孕激素受体表达有负相关关系(r=-0.386,r=-0.374,P<0.05)。结论:ZNF703可能与子宫内膜腺癌的手术病理分期、盆腔转移及雌、孕激素受体情况有关,并且可能与雌、孕激素受体在子宫内膜腺癌发生中发挥独立又协同的作用。
Objectives:To study the expression and clinical significance of ZNF703 in the endometrial ad- enocarcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistrical SP method was used to detect the expressions of ZNFT03 in 20 cases of normal endometrium,16 cases of atypical hyperplasia endometrium and 50 cases of endome- trial adenocarcinoma. Results:Expression of ZNF703 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal and atypical hyperplasia endometrium, the difference was statistically significant ( P = 0. 000, P =0. 000~). There was no significant difference between normal and atypical hyperplasia endometri- um( P = 0. 103 ). The expression of ZNF-/03 was correlated with surgical stage, pelvic metastasis and expres- sion of ER and PR (P 〈 0.05), but had no correlation with the patients ages, menopause,cervix infiltrating , depth of muscular layer infiltrating, histopathological grading,cytology of peritoneal cavity irrigation and lymph node metastasis(~ P 〉0.05). The inverse correlations between the expression of ZNFT03 and expressions of ER and PR were found,the coefficient correlation were respectively - 0. 386 and - 0. 374 ( P 〈 0.05). Con clusions:ZNFT03 might be correlated with surgical stage,pelvic metastasis and expressions of ER and PR. ZNFT03, ER and PR might play an independent and congenerous role in the development of endometrial car- cinogenesis.
