多巴胺β羟化酶基因多态性和首发精神分裂症的关联分析 被引量:2

摘要 有研究发现多巴胺和肾上腺素异常在精神分裂症发病机制中起重要作用[1]。多巴胺β羟化酶(dopaminebeta-hydroxy-lase,DBH)是催化多巴胺向去甲肾上腺素转化的核心酶[2]。
