摘要
目的探讨低频旋转永磁场对人体表面热分布、血压及心率的影响。方法分别于磁场干预前后对25名志愿者进行红外热像、血压及心率检查。采用自身对照和组间对照的方法,分析红外热像图、血压及心率的变化,考察0.4 T低频旋转永磁场对人体表面热分布、血压、及心率的影响。结果正常人体表面热分布表现为中央温度较高、周边温度较低且左右对称的类正态分布特点;局部功能或器质改变的人体,表现出现局部过热或过凉的现象。0.4 T低频旋转永磁场可以影响人的血压及心率,改善人体表面热分布,使患者异常的人体表面热分布趋于正常。结论人体表面热分布与环境温度及人体健康状况有关,0.4 T低频旋转永磁场可以影响人的血压、及心率,改善人体表面热分布状态,促使异常人体表面热分布趋于正常。
Objective To investigate the effect of low frequency rotating permanent magnetic field on thermal distribution of human body surface, blood pressure and heart rate. Methods Twenty-five volunteers were ex- amined with the infrared thermal imaging system and recoreded their blood pressure and heart rates before and after treatment with the low frequency rotating permanent magnetic field, respectively. In contract with indi- vidual himself or between groups, the results of examination of infrared thermal imaging, blood pressure, and heart rate were analyzed, and the effect of 0.4 T low frequency rotating permanent magnetic field on thermal distribution of human body surface, human blood pressure and heart rate were investigated. Results The ther- mal distribution of normal human body surface presented the property of parallel ortho-state distribution, higher temperature in core, lower temperature in periphery, and symmetry on the left and the right side of human body. When the incidence of local dysfunction or pathological alteration of human body occurred, symmetry of the thermal distribution of body surface was broken. Human body surface thermal distribution showed an ab- normal phenomenon, presented local super-higher or super-cooler area. After treatment with the low frequency rotating permanent magnetic field, the blood pressure was affected, the heart rate was attenuated, and the ab- normal thermal distribution of body surface of patients was ameliorated. Conclusion Thermal distribution at human body surface responds to the environment temperature and status of human body health. It is ameliora- ted by 0.4 T low frequency rotating permanent magnetic field. The result strongly proposes that 0.4 T low fre- quency rotating permanent magnetic field presents certain physiological effects, which can affect blood pres- sure. attenuate heart rate. and Promote the abnormal thermal distribution at human body surface to normal.
