摘要
目的提出一种非头戴式话音通讯方式,设计话音通讯电路。以解决舱外航天服佩戴式通信头戴对头部的束缚及送话器易碰伤嘴角等问题。方法采用独立式送话器和受话器,将其置于舱外服头盔内合适位置,研究与之匹配的话音放大处理电路,并通过试验,验证非头戴式话音通讯方式的可行性和电路的正确性。结果话音通讯电路设计合理,与舱外服接口匹配,话音清晰。结论该研究为探索新的舱外服话音通信方式奠定基础,为舱外服话音通讯系统的改进设计提供依据。
Objective To resolve the problem of restriction and the possible injury to the mouth by the communi- cation headset in EVA spacesuit, a non-headset voice communication method was proposed and the voice am- plifying and processing circuit was designed. Methods Independent microphone and speaker were set in ap- proporiate positons in the helmet in EVA spacesuit. Audio testing were performed with EVA spacesuit. Feasibil- ity of non-headset communication system and correctness of the circuit were validated through the test. Results The results showed that the circuit design was correct, the voice communication interface was compatibel with EVA spacesuit, and the speech of the subjects was clear. Conclusion This research lay a solid foundation for exploring new voice communication methods in EVA spacesuit. It also provides a basis for the improvement of voice communication of the EVA spacesuit.
