摘要 载人航天50多年来,失重生理效应防护措施也已逐渐进入其成熟阶段。本文系统综述了美国和俄罗斯载人航天任务中的失重生理效应研究与防护措施在轨使用历史及其在轨应用方案,提出了失重生理效应防护措施未来三方面的发展策略:多锻炼方式的整合,锻炼与营养的整合,反向契合失重生理效应层次特征的锻炼-效果动态响应的应用。本综述旨在为我国相关的研究与应用提供参考。 With over fifty years experience in manned space flight, explorations of countermeasures against weightlessness gradually entered into its mature stage. Countermeasure application history and exercise proto- cols used in American and Russian manned space flights were reviewed and three kinds of future strategies for countermeasure studies were proposed in this paper. They were integration of various exercises, integration of exercises with nutrition and/tpplication of exercise - effects dynamics that negatively matched hierarchical char- acteristics of weightlessness physiological effects respectively. This review aims to provide references for related studies and applications in China.
