固定野调强放疗对局部晚期肺癌放射性肺炎的影响

摘要
放射性肺炎(RP)是胸部放射治疗最主要的剂量限制性不良反应。三维适形放疗(3D—CRT)能够使靶区剂量分布与靶区形状保持一致,靶区周围危及器官暴露体积减少,有可能使患者生存获益。固定野调强放疗(IMRT)较3D-CRT进一步提高靶区的剂量学参数,满足靶区剂量分布的需要,更好地避免对危及器官的照射。
