冠状动脉桥搭桥术后:320排动态容积CT对桥血管的评价

Evaluation in Coronary Artery Bypass Grafts by 320-slice CT

目的:探讨320排动态容积CT在冠状动脉搭桥患者术后桥血管评估中的价值。方法:45例冠状动脉搭桥术后患者共114支桥血管,采用320排动态容积CT对其进行螺旋CT增强扫描,结合Vitrea FX VES 6.0后处理工作站对桥血管进行评估,其中8例与DSA结果相对照。结果:45例冠状动脉搭桥术后患者桥血管共114根,102支血管通畅,5支轻度狭窄,7支重度狭窄;不同来源及不同性质的桥血管之间通畅率无统计学差异;8例CT检查与DSA结果相吻合。结论:320排螺旋CT是一种无创的对冠状动脉搭桥血管进行评估的有效手段,对临床术后随访具有重要的指导意义。

Purpose： To evaluate the value of 320-slice CT for the assessment of coronary artery bypass grafts （CABG）. Methods： Forty-five patients after CABG with 114 bypass grafts were examined with 320-slice CT. The quality of bypass grafts was evaluated on the station of Vitrea FX VES 6.0. Selective coronary angiography was performed in 8 patients. Results： All coronary arteries of 45 patients were clearly displayed by CT, among which 102 bypass grafts were shown as pateney, and 5 bypass grafts were shown with mild stenosis and 7 bypass grafts were shown with severe stenosis. There were no statistical significant differences between different types and different originate grafts. Conclusion： Evaluating the bypass grafts with 320-slice CT noninvasively has great potential value in the follow up.
