超声对自发性肾破裂的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of Ultrasonography for Spontaneous Kidney Rupture

目的:探讨超声在肾自发性破裂及其病因方面的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析并总结9例自发性肾破裂的超声表现。结果:9例自发肾破裂中,5例为肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤自发性破裂,4例表现为肾内的混合回声团块,境界不清,1例表现为肾周无回声区,位于高回声病灶旁;1例马蹄肾先天性畸形,并发肾包膜下出血后表现为肾脏包膜下高回声;3例为慢性肾衰竭行维持性血液透析,并发出血后表现为肾实质内境界不清的低回声或肾周的无回声。结论:超声对急性自发性肾破裂的诊断有重要意义,在病因诊断上也有一定的价值。

Purpose： To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography for spontaneous kidney rupture. Methods： Ultrasonography imaging of spontaneous kidney rupture was analyzed respectively in nine cases. Results： After the occurrence of spontaneous rupture, four cases of renal angiomyolipomas （RA） were showed as mixed echo mass with poor definition, one case of RA was showed with perirenal echo free area beside the hyperechoic lesion; one case of horseshoe kidney was showed with subrenal high echo; Three cases of chronic kidney failure with long-term hemodialysis were showed as poorly defined low-echo or perirenal echo free areas. Condusion： Ultrasonography exam plays a very important role in diagnosis of renal spontaneous rupture. Meanwhile, it has certain value for etiological diagnosis.
