摘要 围绕醉酒度的概念,对影响醉酒的原因、机理、症状及降低白酒醉酒度的措施进行了综合探讨,提出白酒低醉酒度是消费者追求健康消费之必然。醉酒度是评价白酒品质直观而有效的指标,低醉酒度白酒动物模型的建立为科学直观评价白酒品质创造了可行性,醉酒度指标对中国白酒品质评价或将具有划时代的意义。 The concept of drunken degree, the reasons inducing drunk, drunken mechanism, drunken symptoms, and the measures to relieve drunk were discussed in this paper. Drinking liquor with low drtmken degree will become the necessary choice for consumers for the health. Drunken degree is also an effective and direct index in liquor quality evaluation. The establishment of animal models of liquor with low drunken degree makes it possible to evaluate liquor quality scientifically. Accordingly, dnmken degree probably has epoch-making significance in the evaluation of liquor quality.
