重度混合痔患者焦虑抑郁情绪现状和影响因素调查研究

Investigation of anxiety and depression status and influencing factors in patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨重度混合痔患者的焦虑抑郁情绪现状及其影响因素。方法选择2012年1～4月在我院肛肠外科住院治疗的68例重度混合痔患者为研究对象，采用自编问卷调查、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷（PSQI）测评，运用Logistic回归分析法实施因素分析。结果68名重度混合痔患者焦虑平均标准分和抑郁平均标准分分别为（54．82±3．26）分和（54．86±4．25）分，48．53％（33／68）有焦虑情绪，57．35％（39／68）有抑郁情绪，36．76％（25／68）同时存在明显的焦虑抑郁情绪，多因素Logistic回归分析显示，文化程度高是重度混合痔患者焦虑情绪的保护因素，而工作压力大、有疼痛和睡眠问题是重度混合痔患者焦虑抑郁情绪的危险因素，经济压力大是重度混合痔患者抑郁情绪的危险因素。结论重度混合痔患者普遍存在焦虑抑郁情绪，其焦虑抑郁情绪受多方面因素的影响。我们采取针对性的干预措施调节患者的情绪，避免负性情绪对患者病情的影响．减轻患者的焦虑抑郁情绪。

Objective To investigate the mixed hemorrhoid patients severe anxiety and depression status quo and its influencing factors. Methods From January 2012 to April 2012, 68 cases of anorectal surgery in our hospital hospital- ized with severe mixed hemorrhoids patients for the study, using self questionnaire, the Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）, Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire （PSQI） evaluation, logistic regression analysis into the implementation of the factor analysis. Results A total of 68 heavy degree of mixed hemor- rhoids patients anxiety average standard points and depression average standard points respectively to （54.82±3.26） min and （54.86±4.25） min, 48.53% （33/68） anxiety and 57.35% （39/68） depression, 36.76% （25/68） at the same time exist obvious anxiety and depressive mood, multi-factor Logistic regression analysis show high education level is a heavy degree of mixed hemorrhoid patients with anxiety and emotions of protection factors, pressure, pain and sleep problems are risk factors for severe mixed hemorrhoids patients with anxiety and depression, economic pressure, risk factors for depression severe mixed hemorrhoids patients. Conclusion Mixed hemorrhoid prevalence of anxiety and depression in patients with severe anxiety and depression by many factors, we take targeted interventions to adjust the patient＇s mood, to avoid the negative emotional impact on the patient＇s condition, and reduce anxiety and depression in patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids.
