糖尿病患者结合珠蛋白基因多态性与冠脉狭窄相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病患者结合珠蛋白基因多态性与冠状动脉狭窄严重程度的相关性。方法选择98例糖尿病合并冠心病患者以及77例单纯糖尿病患者,采用PCR-SSP技术检测结合珠蛋白基因型,据此对糖尿病合并冠心病患者进行分组,采用Gensini冠状动脉评分系统(Gensini积分)对冠状动脉的狭窄程度进行评分。结果糖尿病合并冠心病组Hp基因型分布与单纯糖尿病组相比差异有统计学意义,表现为Hp2-2基因型在糖尿病合并冠心病组的频率明显高于单纯糖尿病组(0.55 vs 0.35,P<0.05)。糖尿病合并冠心病组间,Hp2-2基因型组的Gensini积分明显高于Hp1-1/Hp1-2基因型组(P<0.05)。结论 Hp2-2基因型可能与糖尿病患者冠心病的发生相关,且与糖尿病患者冠脉狭窄的严重程度相关。 Objective To assess the association of Haptoglobin (Hp) polymorphism and its relationship with coronary artery stenosis in diabetic. Methods A total of 98 diabetes mellitus (DM) with coronary heart disease(CHD) were enrolled in this study and 77 simple DM were selected as control. The PCR-SSP technology is used to explore the Hp gene and produces different teams. The Gensini score assesses the severity of coronary artery stenosis. Results The frequency of Hp2-2 genotype is significantly higher in DM with CHD group than in simple DM group(0.55 vs 0.35 ,P 〈 0.05). And in DM with CHD group,the Gensini score of Hp2-2 genotype is higher than Hpl-1/Hpl-2(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The Hp2-2 genotype may be associated with CHD in diabetic. And it is related to the coronary stenosis degree.
