盐酸非索非那定片联合胸腺肽治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

The efficacy of fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets combined with thymopeptides on treating chronic urticaria

目的探讨盐酸非索非那定片联合胸腺肽治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法 76例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组口服盐酸非索非那定片60 mg,2次/d,同时口服胸腺肽肠溶片20 mg,3次/d;对照组单纯口服盐酸非索非那定片60 mg,2次/d。两组均治疗12周判定疗效。结果治疗组与对照组有效率分别为81.60%和60.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸非索非那定片联合胸腺肽治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets comined with thymopetides in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods Seventy-six patients were devided randomly into control and threapeutic groups with 38 cases in threapeutic group and 38 cases in control group. In threapeutic group the pa- tients were given fexofenadine hydrochlorid （60 mg,bid）,and use thymopetides （20 mg,tid）, while the patients in control group were only treated with fexofenadine hydrochlorid（60 mg,bid）. All patients were treated for 12 weeks. Comparative analysis of its clinical effects and safety of the fexofenadine hydrochloride combined with thymopetides or single fexofenadine hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Results The effective rate was 81.60% in tbreapeutic group,the effective rate was 60.50% in control group. There was a statistically significant difference be tween two groups （x2=4.094,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Fexofenadine hydrochloride combined with thymopetides is safe and effective in the clinical treatment of chronic urticaria.
