摘要
目的探讨内窥镜面罩复合高频通气在无痛纤支镜检治疗中的应用。方法选择行无痛支气管镜检查的患者60例,记录吸氧前(T0)、麻醉诱导前(T1)、诱导后(T2)、入镜后1(T3)、5(T4)min和术毕(T5)的心率(HR)、动脉收缩压(SBP)、动脉舒张压(DBP)和脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)的数值;记录检查中体动、呛咳及检查后头晕、嗜睡、乏力、恶心、呕吐等不良反应情况。结果其他各时间点SpO2的值与T0相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T1、T3时的HR、SBP、DBP与T2相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有3例(5%)出现体动,未出现其他不良反应。结论内窥镜面罩复合高频通气是一种在无痛纤支镜检中具有供氧良好的通气方式。
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of face mask of endoscopy and high frequency ventilation in the pain- less fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods Selected 60 patients of painless fiberoptic bronchoseopy,their heart rate(HR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2)were recorded before oxygen inhalation (TO), before induction (T1), after induction (T2), after entrance of fiberoptie bronchos^opy 1 (T3), 5 (T4) rain and end of operation(T5). Laryngospasm,body actions and cough were recorded. Results SpO2 on other time compared with TO, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); HR,SBP and DBP on T1 ,T3 compared with T2,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).Three patients had body actions. Conclusion The face mask of endoscopy and the high frequency ventilation is the more effective ventilation with oxygen supply in painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy.
