中药参附黄蒲汤治疗脾胃虚寒证胃痛临床观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine Shenmue Huangpu soup in the treatment of stomachache spleen deficiency certificate

目的探讨中药参附黄蒲汤的临床治疗效果。方法将确诊为脾胃虚寒证胃痛的患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予中药参附黄蒲汤口服治疗,对照组给予黄芪建中汤口服,治疗1个月后观察其临床治疗效果。结果治疗组治愈率为60.59%,总有效率为98.56%;对照组治愈率为51.82%,总有效率为83.94%,两组比较,在治愈率、总有效率上治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗过程中未发生不良反应。结论中药参附黄蒲汤治疗脾胃虚寒证胃痛疗效确切、安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore Chinese medicine Shenmue Huangpu soup clinical outcomes. Methods Diagnosed as stomach deficiency certificate stomach pain patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group given herbal the treatment of Shenmue Huangpu soup, control group received the treatment of hanging jonahing soup, clinical treatment effect observed after one month. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 60.59% ,total effective rate was 98.56; the control group was 51.82%,83.94% of the total effective rate; the two groups in the cure rate,the total ef- ficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The whole process no adverse reaction. Conclusion Chinese medicine Shenmue Huangpu soup in the treat- ment of stomach deficiency certificate stomach pain efficacy precise, safe, and reliable ,worthy of clinical application.
