农民工参加职业技术培训的影响因素分析——基于安徽省的调查数据

Study on the Determinants of Professional Skills Training for Migrant Workers——Based on the Survey Data of Anhui

利用对安徽25个乡镇农民工的调查数据,从农民工输出地和输入地角度构建了一个二维的农民工参加职业技术培训的影响因素分析架构,对农民工参加职业技术培训的主要影响因素进行了实证分析。研究发现,培训供给变量不管在输出地还是在输入地都是影响农民工参加培训的重要因素,但是农民工在输出地参加培训还受家乡周围是否有培训及政府补贴的影响,农民工在输出地参加培训还受培训时间、所在行业及有无资质要求等方面的影响。

Based on the survey data of 25 Villages and towns in Anhui province,this paper structures a bidimensional frame for analyzing the determinants of Professional Skills Training for Migrant Workers（PSTMW）.The results show as follows： Output and input fields have the stress factors.On the whole,training supply variables are important factors affecting migrant workers training.In output fields,migrant workers making the decision also depend on whether there is training around the home and the government subsidies.In input fields,training time,vocation and requirement for qualification shows significant effects to PSTMW.
