摘要
企业社会责任实践有助于企业社会资本的增加。在回顾前人相关研究文献的基础上,重点从利益相关者网络角度出发,明确企业内外部社会责任实践和内外部社会资本的划分,并对两者之间的促进关系机理进行理论推演,从而为后续的实证研究提供理论基础,为促进企业履行社会责任提供内在激励。
Corporate social responsibility practices help to cumulate corporate social capital.Based on the review of previous related studies,this paper firstly clarifies structures of corporate internal-external social responsibility practices and internal-external social capital from the perspective of stakeholder network,secondly analyzes their relationship so as to provide theoretical basis for coming empirical research and the intrinsic motivation for involving enterprises in assuming social responsibilities.
