摘要
以作为丁二烯橡胶(BR 9000)门尼黏度标准物质的定值样品为对象,考察了其门尼黏度测定时不确定度的来源,依据JJF 1059—1999对门尼黏度定值数据的不确定度分量进行了分析和评定。结果表明,测定过程中所产生的不确定度主要由各实验室测量的重复性、样品的均匀性和稳定性决定。定值样品BR 9000的ML(1+4)100℃的测定值为45.6,不确定度为±0.5。
The sources of uncertainty measure- ment for Mooney viscosity of butadiene rubber refer- ence material were investigated with its Mooney vis- cosity certified samples, and the uncertainty compo- nents for Mooney viscosity certified data were ana- lyzed and evaluated according to standard JJF 1059--1999. The results showed that the uncertain- ty in the measurement significantly depended on themeasurement results repeatability of all laboratories and uniformity and stability of sample. The ML( 1 + 4) 100 ℃ measurement value for the certified sample of butadiene rubber was 45.6 and its uncertainty was ±0.5.
