基于SWOT分析的宁波市物流金融发展对策研究

The Study on the Development Countermeasures of Logistics Finance in Ningbo City Based on the SWOT Analysis

以宁波市发展物流金融的条件和对策为研究目标,运用SWOT分析方法,从优势、劣势、机会和威胁四个方面对宁波市发展物流金融进行深入分析。文章认为宁波市应抓住有利机遇和条件,弥补不足,大力发展物流金融,促进宁波物流产业转型升级。提出宁波应重点发展以动产质押为基础的物流银行业务,大力发展供应链金融,完善物流金融风险控制机制,培养物流金融人才等对策和建议。

This paper takes the Ningbo city logistics finance development condition and countermeasure as research objec-tive, using the SWOT analysis method, from the advantage. and weakness, opportunity and threat in four aspects, it analy- ses the development of the logistics finance in Ningbo oily in-depth. The article thinks that Ningbo city should seize the favorable opportunity and condition, make up weakness, vigor- ously develop the logistics finance, to promote the transforma- tion and upgrading of Ningbo logistics industry. The paper puts forward that Ningbo should focus on developing logistics bank business, develop supply chain finance, improve the lo- gistics financial risk controlling mechanism, train men for pro- fession in logistics finance.
