Plane Layout Planning of the Distribution Center of Passenger Car General Assembly

配送中心的平面布局是配送中心规划的重要内容。文章提出一种基于CORELAP工作原理的改进SLP法。基于该方法,结合计算机设施相对定位法,对某轿车配送中心进行科学、合理布置,得出该配送中心的总平面布局优化方案,减少配送成本,保障配送中心的高效运行。

The layout planning of distribution center is one of the key themes of distribution center planning and design. Based on the technique of Computerized Relationship Layout Planning （COERLAP）, this paper has made an improvement to the tradi- tional method of SLP. The improved SLP as well as the computer relative allocation of facility technique （CRAFT） is applied in- to the layout planning of a distribution center, in order to achieve the optimum layout plan, which will ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the distribution center.
