摘要
文章对商业供应链和应急供应链的特点进行比较,根据应急供应链的特点,将协同机制应用到应急物资供应链调度中,在此基础上针对出救点进行优化组合,增加了运输商运力限制这一假设,并对单物资无运力限制的应急物资调度模型进行改进,将此研究成果扩展到多物资调度中,得出基于供应链的应急物资协同调度模型。
Compare the characteristics of the commercial sup- ply chain and relief supply chain, according to the character-istics of the latter, attempt is made to apply the synergy mechanism to relief supply chain. Further research is carried out aiming at the rescue point optimized combination, the as- sumptions about the restrictions of supplier capacity is pro- posed, and the current model of relief resources scheduling characterized for single material dispatching without limit is improved, this achievement is also applied to multi material scheduling, finally this relief supplies scheduling model is constructed based on the synergy supply chain.
