开县长沙镇山花街旧城更新规划设计——小城镇旧城中心区更新模式的一些探索

Design and Planning of the Old Town Renewal of Shanhua Street,Changsha Town,Kaixian County

该文以重庆开县长沙镇山花街地块旧城更新为例,探讨了在当今小城镇发展重心转移的背景下,旧城中心区更新设计的方法,并将其概括为以下三个方面:第一,在政策上利用新旧区域绑定开发的方式规避开发商参与带来的片面追求利益的弊端;第二,在开发策略上以保持商业多样性的方式激活地块;最后在建筑设计方面通过强调步行空间与街道的重要性,延续以"街"为主的传统生活场景和交往空间,以此来保留城市的原有文脉。

Based on the old town renewal of Shanhua Street,Changsha Town,Kaixian County,renewal methods for old central area against the backdrop of development focus are discussed and concluded from the following three aspects.Firstly,combined development method for both new urban area and old urban area should be adopted to avoid the shortcomings brought by property developers＇ one-sided pursuit of interests.Secondly,business diversity should be withheld in development strategies to activate land usage.lastly,in terms of architectural design,the importance of pedestrian space and street should be highlighted to continue the traditional street-focused life scene and keep the existing urban features.
