The construction of consumer administration is very fatal for the realization effect of protection poli- cy, system and the law. This paper makes a meticulous investigation and classification about the construction of consumer administration in countries and regions like France, Germany, Sweden, Britain, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Chinese Taiwan, and also has a review on their reference value to China, in the expectation of providing full and timely information for the research of China＇ s consumer law, giving some inspirations for the future revision of the legislation of China＇ s consumer protection law.
