摘要
近年来台湾地区的高龄教育受到政府及民间的重视,呈现迅速发展的趋势。全文除前言及结语外,分政策层面、实务层面、特色与问题等三部分,探讨台湾地区高龄教育的实施、特色与问题。台湾高龄教育的特色:(1)进入教育取向的时代;(2)制订老人教育发展方向,颁订老人教育政策白皮书;(3)以经费支持老人教育活动;(4)民间组织及宗教团体的高龄教育活动蓬勃发展;(5)老人服务人才培育及学术研究开始发展。高龄教育的实施存在具体实施计划欠缺、老人教育资源亟待重行规划与调整等问题。
Because of the rapid growth of senior population, senior education in Taiwan has been emphasized both by government and non-governmental organizations. This thesis will focus on the implementation, characteris- tics and problems of senior education in Taiwan. It includes five parts : foreword, policy, practices, characteristics and problems of senior education, and conclusion. The characteristics of senior education entering the era of education; 2.Education Policy ; 3.supporting drafting the development of elder education and publishing senior education activities by funding; 4.enhancing civil in Taiwan include: 1. White Paper on Senior organizations and reli- gion groups to hold senior education activities; 5.developing the training of elder carers and academic researches. The problems are : 1.lacking of concrete implementation plans will affect the practice of policy; 2.the resource of senior education needs to be reorganized and adjusted 4.academic researches need to be prompted. ; 3.new approaches of senior education need to be created;
