摘要
目的:分析π型钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:2008年3月—2011年3月共采用背侧入路π型钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折18例,术后随访12个月,并评定其疗效。结果:采用Gartland和Werley腕关节评分对18例随访患者的腕关节功能进行评估,优11例,良6例,可1例,优良率94.4%。结论:π型钢板是治疗桡骨远端骨折合理、有效的内固定物。
To analyze the curative effect of the distal fracture of radius with n shaped plate internal fixation. Methods ：From March 2008 to March 2011,18 patients with distal fracture of radius were cured by π shaped plate internal fixation. All the patients obtained postoperative clinical results over 12 months ,to evaluate curative ef- fect. Results：According to rating scale of Gartland-Werley,the excellent results were observed in 11 cases,good in 6 cases ,fair in 1 cases. The rate of the excellent and good was 94.40%oo in all cases. Conclusion：The π shaped plate is rea- sonable and effective internal fixation in the operation of the distal fracture of radius.
