静脉输液结束两种拔针按压法效果观察

The effect observation on two compression methods at the end of venous transfusion

目的:探讨减轻静脉输液患者拔针时疼痛及减少局部淤血、出血的方法,以提高患者满意度及再次穿刺的成功率。方法:对80例住院输液患者采用自身对照比较,即连续2d在患者左右手对称部位静脉输液各1次。第一天采用旧方法:用干棉签按压穿刺点上方,迅速拔出针头(对照组);第二天采用新方法:迅速拔出针头,立即用干棉签纵向按压穿刺点上方(观察组)。结果:无痛率新方法为96%,旧方法为72%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者满意度提高。结论:运用新方法拔针可减轻患者的血管损伤程度,缓解紧张,增加舒适感,有利于提高基础护理质量及患者的满意度。

To probe into the loss of patients undergoing intravenous infusion needle when the pain ,re- duce local congestion,hemorrhage,reduce when pulling out the needle pain, protect blood vessels,improve patientsr satisfaction and again the puncture success rate. Methods：Eighty patients with auto control comparison,namely for 2 consecutive days in patients of left and right hands of symmetrical parts of the intravenous infusion for one times. Us- ing old method in first day ：with a dry swab on puncture points above ,quickly pull out the needle （control group）;us- ing a new method in second day ：namely quickly pull out the needle ,immediately with a dry swab longitudinally com- pression puncture points above （observation group）. Results：The new method of painless rate in new methods was 96 % ,the old method of painless rate was 72%. The difference was statistically signifieant（P〈0.05）. Patient satisfac- tion is enhanced. Conclusion ：Using the new method of needle can make patients with vascular injury degree is reduced greatly, relieve tension, increase comfort ,is helpful to the improvement of basic nursing quality and patient satisfac- tion,reflect the quality of nursing care.
