基层临床护士撰写护理论文的问题分析及对策

Problem analysis and countermeasure of grass-roots level nurse writing thesis

目的:了解基层本院护士对护理科研的态度及论文撰写存在的问题,分析原因,并提出应对措施。方法:对50名临床护理人员采用自行问卷调研的方法,通过定量统计获取有效数据。结果:调查结果表明,认为有必要开展护理科研的护士占总人数的89%,认为没有必要的占8%,认为可有可无的占3%。结论:基层临床护士能充分认识到护理科研的重要性,但撰写论文存在主观和客观的问题。主观问题主要是受教育层次和水平的限制,其次是缺乏足够的自信心。客观问题依次为缺乏实验科研条件、缺乏指导老师、工作繁忙。

To find out the attitude of nurse to research ,the problem of writing problem. To analysis reason and propose counter-measure. Methods ：To survey 50 clinical nurses using questionnaire study,to gain valid da-ta though quantitative statistics. Results ~The findings show that 89%agree with develop nursing scientific research, while 8%holding opposite opinions, 3%having fuzzy point. Conclusion：Primary clinical nurses have some subjective and objective issues in paper writing ,even though they can recognize the importance of nursing research. Subjective is- sues include stage of education ,restrictions of level and lack of confidence. Absence of research condition and instruc- tor ,no empty time are parts of objective issues.
