不同剂量辛伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者超敏C反应蛋白和细胞间黏附分子-1的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨不同剂量辛伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的影响。方法将本院心内科住院的ACS患者81例随机分为A组、B组和C组,各27例。3组均行ACS常规治疗,在此基础上,A组给予辛伐他10mg/d,B组给予辛伐他汀20mg/d,C组给予辛伐他汀40mg/d,均每晚口服1次,连续治疗2周。观察治疗前后3组患者的血脂变化、血清hs-CRP和ICAM-1的变化。结果治疗后3组患者血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3组血清hs-CRP和ICAM-1比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组和C组血清hs-CRP和ICAM-1与A组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组血清hs-CRP和ICAM-1与B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀等他汀类药物可通过降低ACS患者的血清hs-CRP和ICAM-1等促炎性细胞因子的水平,减轻ACS患者粥样斑块内的炎症。辛伐他汀剂量的升高,其抗感染作用越显著。
