早期脑出血的低场强MRI诊断价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨低场强MRI对早期脑出血的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析12例脑出血的SE序列T1WI、T2WI、DWI,梯度回波T2*WI扫描,以及CT扫描的影像学表现。结果 12例均为单发出血,其中右侧基底核区出血5例,左侧基底核区出血4例,左侧颞叶1例,右侧半卵圆中心1例,小脑出血1例。从出血时间上分超急性期(<6h)6例、急性期出血(1~3d内)5例和亚急性期(4d~2W)1例。梯度回波T2*WI序列上超急性期、急性期和亚急性期出血周边都可显示环形线样低信号影(铁环征)。结论低场强MRI的梯度回波T2*WI序列在早期脑出血的影像诊断及鉴别诊断上有特征性表现。 Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of low-field MRI for cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Twelve patients of cerebral hemorrhage confirmed with CT were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent spin echo T1,spin echo T2,DWI and gradient echo T2*WI scanning.Results All the 12 cases had solitary lesion located in right basal ganglia(n=5),left basal ganglia(n=4),left temporal lobe(n=1),right semi-oval center(n=1),cerebellar(n=1).According to the onset time,all the 12 lesions belong to superacute phase(n=6),acute phase(n=5) and subacute phase(n=1).From Gradient echo T2*WI sequence images of all 3 phases,the ring wire-like low signal("hoop-levy sign") can be found around.Conclusion The low-field MRI gradient echo T2*WI sequence performed characteristicly on the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of early cerebral hemorrhage.
