对庆元生态文明村建设的若干思考

Reflections on the Construction of Eco-civilized Villages in Qingyuan

庆元县"十二五"奋斗目标提出建设百个美丽乡村的战略部署,生态文明村的建设是建设美丽乡村的核心内容。从自然景观、文化底蕴、乡土品牌、生态意识、环境治理等方面分析庆元建设生态文明村的优势与存在的不足,并提出制定规划、综合整治、构筑产业、构筑环境、宣传引导、资金保障、盘活机制等庆元生态文明村建设的建议。

A strategic objective has been proposed in the 12th Five-year Plan of Qingyuan County that a hundred beautiful villages be built and the construction of eco-civilized villages be the central content of the objective. In the present paper, the advantages and disadvantages for the construction in terms of natural landscapes, cultural heritage, local brands, ecological awareness and environmental governance are analyzed and the suggestions are proposed regarding comprehensive planning and management, fostering new industries, improving environment and government guidance, financial security, and revitalizing mechanisms.
