海峡西岸经济区建设与福建高校人才培养路径的探究

Construction of West Coast Economic Zone of Taiwan Strait and Ways for Talents Cultivation in Universities of Fujian

海峡西岸经济区建设正全面推进,福建高等教育在海西建设过程中能否发挥重要作用,人才建设是关键。从高等教育人才培养对经济社会发展作用的机理出发,借鉴国内外高等教育促进经济社会发展的经验,剖析了福建高等教育与海峡西岸经济区建设适应性方面存在的问题及原因,提出了适应海峡西岸经济区建设的福建高校发展和人才培养之路。

Talents is a core issue in the impact of the higher education of Fujian on the all-round construction of the economic zone on the west coast of Taiwan Strait. Based on the mechanism through which talent cultivation in higer education institutions affect social and economic development and the experience accumulated by foreign and domestic univesities on how to facilitate the development, the problems existing in the adaptability of Fujian higher education to the construction of the west coast economic zone and their underlying causes are analyzed. The methods both for developing Fujian higher education and cultivating talents that can easily adapt to the needs of the construction of the economic zone are proposed.
