不同处理对云南黑籽南瓜种子发芽特性的影响 被引量:14

EFFECT OF DIFFERENT TREATMENT ON THE GERMINATION PROPERTIES OF YUNNAN BLACK SEED SQUASH

摘要 选定干热、湿冷、磨擦、常温泡种、短期温汤浸种、常规温汤浸种、热水烫种、揉搓、晾种、嗑嘴、破皮、针刺、破子叶、催芽、变温、沙床等 1 6种处理方法 ,将其设计为 1 8种处理组合 ,通过方差分析和新复极差测验 ,研究了不同处理组合对云南黑籽南瓜发芽特性 2 1个指标的影响。结果表明 ,不同处理组合对云南黑籽南瓜的发芽特性有显著影响。最适宜的处理组合是 :①湿冷处理→短期温汤浸种→催芽 ;②常规温汤浸种→揉搓→破皮→催芽 ;③常规温汤浸种→揉搓→嗑嘴→催芽。通过 3年的生产实践证明 ,这 treatments,such as dry heat,wet cold,friction,soaking by ordinary means,hot water burning,kneading,dry indoor,cracking germination hole,break skin,stinging by needle,cut part of cotyledon,speeding up bud,changing temperature,germinating in sand and so on,were chosen and designed into 18 treatment combinations Effect of different treatment combinations on 21 indexes of germination properties of Yunnan black seed squash were studied by variance analysis and new multiple range test The results showed that different treatment combinations have significant influence on the germination of this kind of squash and three optimum combinations were obtained:1 wet cold→short time dipping in warm water→speeding up bud;2 soaking by ordinary means→kneading→breaking skin→speeding up bud;3 Soaking by ordinary means→kneading→cracking germination hole→speeding up bud Culture practice of 3 years proved that the three combinations mentioned above were suitable to seed disposal of Yunnan black seed squash which were used as graft stock of cucumber
