摘要
目的分析不同口腔修复材料摩擦性能。方法将2011年10月—2012年3月期间该院口腔共收治需进行口腔修复的75例患者75例(共90颗牙)分为金属组、树脂组和陶瓷组,每组各30颗牙。修复后3个月对患者进行术后回访,按评价指标进行数据统计。结果对患者进行修复术后3个月回访后的统计显示,金属组出现两例牙龈出血,与树脂组和陶瓷组相比,差异P=0.040<0.05,具有统计学意义。而树脂组在松动脱落项的牙齿数比金属组和陶瓷组高,差异P=0.040<0.05,具有统计学意义。陶瓷组则是修复牙齿的破裂颗数高于其他两组,差异P=0.045<0.05,具有统计学意义。而三组在剩余两项的数据差异皆P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论口腔修复材料摩擦性能最好的是金属材料,陶瓷材料的摩擦性能也较优良,相比之下,复合树脂的摩擦性能次之。但它们各有优缺,应用时可针对患者的具体情况选用合适的材料;而深入研究时可将它们结合起来,互补优缺,以得到新型的口腔修复材料。
To analyse the friction performance of Different Dental Restorative Materials. Methods We averagely divided 75 patients (90 teeth)into metal group, resin group and ceramic group who were treated in our department of stomatology from October 2011 to March 2012.We made the statistics according to evaluation indices, three months after the repairing operation. Results Metal group had two cases of gingival bleeding. Resin group had three cases of loose,And ceramic group had two cases of rupture.All these difference had statistics meaning (P〈0.05). Residual program they had no statistics meaning (P〉0.05).Conduslon Metal is the best rubbing material for oral cavity repair, second ceramic, third composite resin.Select proper material according to the specific condition of patients.And in further research we maight combine them, complementing advantages and disadvantages, so that we can get new oral repair materials.
